How we run a submission
- Digital signature certificate registered on the portal and tested well in advance
- EMD or bid security arranged by the accepted instrument, with proof attached correctly
- Files converted, compressed and named to the portal's limits before upload day
- Submission completed with time in hand, and the acknowledgement saved to your file
