- Non-blacklisting, non-debarment and no-bankruptcy undertakings on letterhead
- Affidavits on stamp paper, notarised where required
- Power of attorney, authorised signatory letters and partnership or incorporation records
- Past experience, completion and performance certificates, arranged and attested
- OEM authorisation letters (MAF) where the tender requires them
